Are you a woman professional working on peace, security, digital innovation, or democratic resilience? The OSCE Gender Issues Programme is now accepting applications for its flagship leadership programme.

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), through the WIN Project (Women & Men Innovating & Networking for Gender Equality), has officially launched the 4th edition of the Women's Peace Leadership Programme (WPLP). This year's programme centres on a critical and timely theme: Leveraging Digital Tools for Comprehensive Security.

Designed for mid-career and senior women professionals across the OSCE region, the programme combines online learning with an intensive in-person training week in Vienna, Austria (September 2026), offering a unique blend of coaching, skills-building, and high-level networking.

Who Should Apply

This programme is tailored for women professionals who are passionate about peace, security, and digital governance. Applications are encouraged from those working in — or at the intersection of — the following areas:

Eligibility Criteria

  • Woman professional (mid-career or senior level)
  • Working in peace, security, or conflict resolution
  • Experience or strong interest in digital innovation and democratic resilience
  • Based in or connected to the OSCE region
  • Ability to commit to the full programme duration (May 2026 – May 2027)
  • Availability to attend the in-person week in Vienna, Austria (September 2026)
