DLSEI 3.0 – Cohort 3 is officially launching on Thursday, 9 April 2026, under the leadership of Dr. Niaz Ahmad Akhtar (S.I), Chairman of the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. This landmark initiative, developed in collaboration with Coursera, is set to transform how Pakistan's students and educators access world-class digital education — completely free of charge.

The Digital Learning Skills Enhancement Initiative (DLSEI) is a flagship programme by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, launched to bridge the digital skills gap among the country's youth and academic community.
