Program Overview
The Engro Talent Enablers Program provides real-world learning through placements across multiple Engro verticals.
- Graduate Trainee Engineers (GTEs): Plant-site-based roles
- Management Trainee Officers (MTOs): Head-office-based roles
Trainees will gain structured development, mentorship, cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects across Engro Group companies.
