💼 Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in commercial operations, preferably in logistics, dry ports, or import/export industries

• Support the Senior Manager / Manager Dry Port in all commercial operations

• Formulate and execute strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers

• Oversee commercial activities related to import/export and ensure smooth customs clearance

• Handle billing, invoicing, and revenue generation processes

• Addressing customer queries and complaints with professionalism

• Coordinate with customs, port authorities, and transportation agencies

• Manage cargo handling, storage, and transportation operations

• Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and agreements

• Supervise junior staff to ensure compliance with operational standards

• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities

• Ensure all operations comply with NLC policies and procedures
