The NAVTTC Huawei Certification Training Program 2025 is a groundbreaking opportunity for aspiring tech professionals in Pakistan. Designed to equip 1,500 youth with globally recognized certifications in Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and 5G Technologies, this 3-month training program aims to bridge the digital skills gap and empower the next generation of tech leaders.
This initiative, part of the Prime Minister’s Vision – Skills for Productive Employment, collaborates with the National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) and Huawei, a global tech leader. The training is free of cost and will take place in major cities across Pakistan.

Globally recognized Huawei Certifications
Comprehensive soft skills development including CV writing, interview preparation & freelancing
Mentoring and job placement pathways via Huawei
Access to Huawei Cloud LMS & lab tools
Focus on inclusivity, with a strong encouragement for women and under-represented youth to apply
You can specialize in one of the following tracks during the 3-month training period:
Huawei Certified Cloud Developer Associate (HCCDA) – Tech Essentials
Huawei Certified Cloud Developer Associate (HCCDA) – Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Huawei Certified Career Development Program (HCCDp) – Solutions Architectures
Each track provides hands-on experience using Huawei’s industry-standard labs and training platforms, ensuring you walk away with practical knowledge and skills highly sought after in the job market.
To be eligible for the NAVTTC Huawei Certification Training Program 2025, applicants must:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or possess equivalent professional experience
Be in or beyond their 7th semester of a BS degree
Have a basic understanding of computing (preferred but not mandatory)
Demonstrate a strong interest in Cloud, AI, and emerging technologies
Be able to commit full-time for the 3-month training program and complete all assessments
Possess a valid CNIC
👩💻 Special Note: Women and youth from underrepresented communities are especially encouraged to apply.
The program will be conducted in major cities across Pakistan, making it accessible to a broad segment of youth. This nationwide reach ensures regional representation and equal access from Lahore to Karachi, Islamabad to Peshawar.
