The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), through the WIN Project (Women & Men Innovating & Networking for Gender Equality), has officially launched the 4th edition of the Women's Peace Leadership Programme (WPLP). This year's programme centres on a critical and timely theme: Leveraging Digital Tools for Comprehensive Security.
Designed for mid-career and senior women professionals across the OSCE region, the programme combines online learning with an intensive in-person training week in Vienna, Austria (September 2026), offering a unique blend of coaching, skills-building, and high-level networking.
One-on-one coaching sessions and peer-to-peer exchanges designed to accelerate your leadership journey.
Hands-on training on digital tools for peacebuilding, security, and democratic resilience.
Direct opportunities to engage with decision-makers and policymakers across the OSCE region.
Access to a robust, cross-regional network of women leaders, peacebuilders, and mediators.
Online modules throughout the year + one immersive in-person training week in Vienna, September 2026.
Daily subsistence allowance (DSA) to cover travel, accommodation, and meals during the Austria training.
